Rates Per Child: (tax reciepts will be given)
4-5 days/week $850/month
3 days/week $700/month
Drop in care 1 or 2 days/week $60/day (if available space)
Mon-Fri - 7:30 am- 5:00 pm (flexibility in hours to some extent)
Sat/Sun/Holidays- Closed
Holding fee:
I will charge a non-refundable $60/child/week to hold a spot until scheduled start date . If you start Immediately there will not be any holding fees. Please note that holding fees will not be applied to first or last month payment. This fee is specifically holding a spot for your child until their scheduled start date.
Overtime Fees:
Overtime means any unscheduled time your child is in my care. You are scheduled for childcare in the hours listed in your Financial Agreement. My overtime rate is $5.00 per 15 min. increment that your child is brought before your scheduled hours or left after your scheduled hours. I do understand that emergencies and situations can provide certain difficulties from time to time. The overtime fee will be charged at my discretion. Overtime fees will be paid on the next drop off day for the following day overtime. Habitual tardiness will result in termination of care. Please be considerate and call or text me if you think you might be late picking up or dropping off your child.
Late Payment Fees:
A late fee of $25 per day, including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be added to any payment not received before 5:00 pm on the first day of the month if child is not in care for that day. If child is in care on the first, payment needs to be made before picking up or your child will not be able to attend until your childcare payment including all late fees are paid in full. There will not be reminders for payments. Non-payment or repeated late payments are grounds for immediate termination. Should it become necessary to go to court over non-payment of fees, or breach of this agreement, you will be responsible for the legal fees that are incurred by me to recover those fees or to enforce this agreement on a solicitor-client (full indemnity) basis.
Payment Procedures:
Your specific rates (aren’t the rates specified above) will be outlined to you in the Financial Agreement form. Payment is payable by the first day of each month for that month by pickup time, biweekly payments are payable by the first and on the fifteenth of the month. Drop in rates are paid when dates are booked to keep your spot.
Interact E-transfer is preferred method of payment or cash is accepted.
There are a limited number of spaces available, and a space has been reserved for your child that cannot always be filled on a short-term basis. Therefore, monthly rates are not based on your child's attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures, exclusion due to illness or other.
Receipts are provided yearly (January) unless otherwise requested or agreed upon.
